How do I purchase a battery and inverter package online?

It’s easy! Simply add your chosen product to cart, select your preferred installation date at checkout, and complete your purchase.
Add note "black out Protection" to include this extra.
If longer than 10m - Add note "distance between switchboard and battery will be --meters"

A member of our team will then contact you to confirm your booking and arrange a convenient delivery date, which is typically 1-3 days before installation.

Is installation included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all our packages include professional installation by accredited technicians, as well as system setup, monitoring, and grid connection. The price shown is your out-of-pocket cost after the applicable rebate.

Is black out protection included in the installation price?

Accepted Answer

No, its not included in the standard price. 
If you would like this feature included it is an additonal $600.
Please write "black out protection" in the installation notes to add this in.

Is there extra cost for cable run over 10m?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We allow a 10 m cable run in our standard installation price.
For every meter over we charge $50. if you have black out protection as well it's an additonal $100 per meter extra.

Do your systems include warranty and local support?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All our inverters and batteries are backed by manufacturer warranties, typically 10 years or more (check individual product pages), and offer local support services for peace of mind. We only partner with trusted brands with proven support in Australia.
